We’re looking for a Lead Rebar Detailer / Project Manager to join our growing team in Dallas. This is an exciting entry-level leadership position that combines hands-on technical detailing work with team guidance, project ownership, and direct collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Do:
Own your projects: Lead detailing efforts to ensure high-quality drawings and bar lists are delivered on time and to spec.
Mentor and inspire: Support and guide detailers, helping them grow while promoting best practices and standards.
Collaborate across teams: Be the go-to resource for coordination with fabricators, field teams, engineers, and customers.
Solve real-world challenges: Identify issues before they become problems and drive solutions that keep projects on track.
Support operations: Maintain organized documentation, participate in planning meetings, and help drive team performance.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in rebar detailing and knowledge of industry codes and fabrication standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation ; 3D modeling experience is a plus.
A natural leader with strong mentoring skills and a collaborative mindset.
Strong time management and attention to detail — you don’t let things slip through the cracks.
Able to read blueprints and work closely with multiple departments.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Outlook); bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
Associate’s degree in drafting, engineering, or construction management preferred.
