Overview

TalentFish is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our premier automotive client. This role plays a critical part in shaping the brand identity across digital platforms, producing high-quality creative that aligns with both national branding standards and localized dealership needs.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience):

• 2–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals, adherence to brand guidelines, and creative versatility.
• Experience in automotive advertising , with knowledge of major vehicle brands, model lineups, and seasonal campaign cycles.
• Understanding of credit offer advertising standards , including proper use of disclaimers and legal compliance.
• Familiarity with how co-op advertising differs from traditional retail or brand marketing—understanding tiered messaging and OEM brand compliance is a must.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and hit tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technical Proficiency:

• Adobe Creative Cloud (must-have):
• Photoshop – image editing & retouching
• Illustrator – vector graphics & logos
• InDesign – multi-page layouts
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Motion graphics/animation (After Effects)
• Basic web design (Squarespace / HTML / JavaScript)

What You'll Do (Skills Used in This Position):

• Design full digital campaign packages—banner ads, email templates, social media assets, and landing pages—for automotive dealerships .
• Quickly adapt and version creative across multiple dealerships, ensuring compliance with OEM co-op guidelines .
• Understand and apply disclaimer requirements for credit offers and promotional messaging in a compliant, brand-consistent way.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to maintain a unified brand voice and look.
• Keep up with industry trends in automotive retail and e-commerce design .
• Organize and maintain design files in shared folders (Dropbox), ensuring easy access and version control for team members.

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $25-35 per hour W2, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
