Position Overview:
Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is in search of Janitors for one of our customers at a facility in Houston,TX. The successful candidates will maintain buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing routine maintenance functions. We are looking to fill this position with experienced candidates that are detail and service oriented.
Duties:
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years janitorial experience in a medical environment a plus!
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be a self starter, punctual and reliable person willing to be a team player at all times.
Requirements:Must be able to pass background check requiring fingerprinting.
Lifting of heavy supplies and materials.
Experience operating large motorized housekeeping equipment
Stripping and waxing floors experience preferred
