Requires strong ETL, SQL, and relational database skills. You will ensure the efficiency and reliability of data pipelines, contributing directly to project success. The ideal candidate has a background in data analysis and visualization, working closely with stakeholders to deliver insights and support data-driven decisions. Essential Functions: Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders on data flows, scripts, and models using SQL, SnapLogic, and other ETL systems, optimizing performance and reliability. Assist in developing and testing new features and data processes within data warehouses, leveraging feedback for continuous improvement. Document data processes, models, and workflows for internal knowledge sharing and learning. Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the data lifecycle by implementing validation and cleansing processes. Maintain security protocols and data governance to ensure compliance. Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues within ETL projects and data environments. Create and maintain dashboards and reports using SSRS, Power BI, or similar tools. Implement best practices in data governance and validation to ensure data quality and integrity. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. 3+ years in a data engineering role, focusing on SQL development (MS SQL Server preferred). Proficiency in relational databases and data querying. Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data integration techniques. Familiarity with programmatic tools for data manipulation and analysis. Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with adaptability and creativity. Physical Demands: Ability to perform essential functions safely, meeting productivity standards. Regular attendance and punctuality.
