We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams (IR, accounting, treasury, media relations, and executive leadership) to support quarterly earnings releases and investor communications.
Assist in planning and executing investor events such as site visits, investor days, non-deal roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
Serve as a point of contact for sell-side analysts, addressing inquiries related to financial modeling and corporate strategy.
Develop and maintain investor-facing materials, including presentations, fact sheets, and Q&A documents.
Conduct internal research and analysis on markets to support strategic decision-making.
Travel periodically to attend investor conferences, site visits, and other events.
Manage and update the investor CRM system to ensure accurate and timely communication.
Support capital planning and FP&A teams with financial modeling and analysis.
Contribute to ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related technical or scientific field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, sell-side research, or corporate finance/treasury.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
