Role Overview: Emergence is looking for an Investment Professional (Deal Execution). You will be focused on due diligence and execution – leading workstreams for new deal opportunities, including financial analysis, commercial diligence, valuation, and debt-financing processes across all stages of our Investment Committee process. To be clear, this is a role focused on evaluating active deal opportunities, not on deal sourcing. You will need to build repeatability into your execution process. This includes thinking across process (designing methods that can be followed by others), people (building a team), and technology (wherever it can be used). Ideal Background and Experience: ~1+ years of deal-related experience in private equity, corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting ~ Prior experience with financial modeling, due diligence, and debt-financing processes, with the ability to work independently across these workstreams ~ Highly analytical and organized with strong written / verbal communication skills ~ Passionate about investing, with a strong understanding of fundamental business analysis, and an outstanding academic and professional record ~ Embodies our core values: hunger, humility, and high standards Opportunity and Growth Potential: Join a high-growth company in a leadership position and play a significant role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
