W are partnered with an elite boutique investment bank in New York City who is seeking a highly driven and experienced . Vice President to join their Telecommunications Investment Banking team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside top-tier professionals in a high-performance environment focused on executing complex M&A transactions for leading companies within the space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of M&A sell-side transactions within the technology sector.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and transaction support.
• Oversee the development of financial models, valuation analyses, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage deal timelines.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of closed M&A sell-side transactions this is a non-negotiable requirement .
• 3-6 years of investment banking experience
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Exceptional communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
