Total Quality Insurance is looking for self-motivated, entrepreneurial professionals to join our independent agency as Home & Auto Insurance Agents . This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with an industry-leading 90/10 new business split —no caps, no quotas, no micro-management.

You’ll have complete autonomy over how and where you work. Whether you want to grind 100 hours a week or build a lifestyle business from the beach, we give you the platform, contracts, and freedom to succeed on your terms.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell and service your own book of personal lines business

• Offer clients a full spectrum of top-rated carriers including Progressive, Geico, Allstate, National General, Root Insurance, Encompass, Foremost, Nationwide, Lemonade, and many more

• Build long-term client relationships and provide ongoing customer support

• Manage quotes, applications, endorsements, and renewals
