Key Responsibilities:

• Open legal files in our case management system
• Work closely with attorneys and staff in the pre-litigation department
• Assist in the preparation and management of legal documents
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office specifically in our incoming mail and presuit demand department

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook
• Basic computer skills and comfort with technology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment that is ever changing
• The ability to complete mid to long term projects with minimal oversight and managment
