Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm. Alternating week between Suwanee (30024) and Brookhaven

Location/Setting: Suwanee 30024/Brookhaven 30319 - Suwanee has 4 dogs and Brookhaven has a dog and cat

Age Range : Pre-Teen

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
