Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced and skilled HVAC Technicians and Installers to join our team. As an HVAC Technician or Installer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality service and installations to our valued customers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the HVAC industry and take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
HVAC Technician:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including different brands and types of equipment.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, providing updates on repairs and offering recommendations for maintenance or upgrades.
Order parts and coordinate with office staff for follow-up visits as needed.
Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
HVAC Installer:
Plan and layout HVAC system installations, including ductwork, piping, and electrical connections.
Order materials and manage inventory to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Perform forced air installations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and serviceability.
Collaborate with team members and technicians to ensure that installations meet customer expectations and adhere to industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the HVAC field, either as a technician or installer.
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical school program in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
