We are hiring for both a Hospitalist and a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist works exclusively overnight shifts and must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule, providing exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Team Collaboration
- We are a close-knit team of six physicians and two advanced practice providers, supported by a clinical performance nurse.
- Our team includes members from the USA, Canada, Pakistan, and South America.
- We participate in various committees such as sepsis, code blue, stroke, etc.
- We collaborate daily with nurses, case managers, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, and pharmacy during multidisciplinary rounds.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or eligible in family medicine or internal medicine.
- Experience or ability to perform procedures like central lines, arterial lines, intubation, respond to rapid responses, and run CODE BLUEs.
- We sponsor H1B and J1 visa candidates; our in-house visa specialists and credentialing team cover all filing fees.
Scheduling & Living in Dover
- We staff two physicians and one APP per day shift (7 am - 7 pm) and one physician for night shifts (7 pm - 7 am), with coverage support.
