Responsibilities include: Assisting with procurement and tracking of CBRNE detection equipment for emergency response agencies. Planning and hosting CBRNE-related exercises and training. Tracking corrective actions and supporting implementation of regional CBRNE improvement plans. Assisting the CBRNE/PRND Program Manager with tracking program expenditures. Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, documenting action items and decisions. Drafting agendas, meeting materials, and summaries for committees and working groups. Organizing and documenting outcomes of meetings and follow-up activities. Preparing reports, fact sheets, and documents on CBRNE and public safety topics. Assisting in the development and review of regional plans and policies. Supporting project work plans for committees and working groups. Drafting presentations and materials for stakeholders.
