Job Responsibilities Manage the performance of the Broker Partnership teams and oversee all broker-led sales across the USC region, including corporate occupier transactions. Collaborate closely with the Broker Partnership team to strengthen broker relationships, drive retention and upselling, and generate leads at the top of the funnel. Play a key role in the success of WeWork's global accounts and contribute to asset and leasing strategies. Key Duties Culturally adapt strategies considering market nuances, fee systems, and competition. Lead performance management of geographically dispersed teams, including those not directly reporting to you. Delegate responsibilities effectively and represent the USC Head of Leasing at executive levels. Customize broker strategies to align with business needs and broker community growth. Develop in-depth knowledge of WeWork’s assets, market position, and broker community. Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for the broker community. Maintain regular communication with broker partners and internal teams to promote engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales and other departments. Forecast accurately to meet or exceed sales targets monthly and quarterly. Represent WeWork at industry events, panel discussions, and branding initiatives. Handle disputes and payment issues as the primary contact for Broker Partnerships across international markets. About You Minimum 8+ years of experience in real estate, willing to travel for broker engagement. Strong team player with decision-making and execution skills in dynamic environments. Effective communicator capable of managing multiple initiatives. Proactive problem solver with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
