As a Generator Technician here, you won’t just be maintaining equipment – you’ll be solving problems in the field, building trust with customers, and keeping the lights on when it matters most. What you’ll do:

• Conduct and document on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer generators.
• Perform routinely scheduled preventative maintenance on generators.
• Demonstrate the operation of generators to customers as needed.
• Work in both residential and commercial environments.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service (with dispatch bonuses and premium pay).

What you’ll bring:

• Excellent customer service.
• 2 years of experience servicing and repairing generators, small engines, or other electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and service manuals.
• High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs frequently.
• Valid driver’s license.
