**General Production Worker** **Build your future with us!** We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented **General Production Worker** to join our team and help manufacture high-quality sheet metal parts. If you enjoy working with machinery, take pride in precision, and want to be part of a company that values craftsmanship and safety, this is the opportunity for you. **Work Schedule** + **Shift:** Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. + Steady hours with weekends off **What You'll Do** + Set up and operate basic machinery to produce sheet metal parts according to specifications + Inspect parts during and after production to ensure top-notch quality + Read and interpret basic blueprints for accurate production + Perform routine maintenance to keep machinery running safely and efficiently + Track and manage materials and supplies for smooth workflow + Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe environment + Keep accurate records of production activities and equipment maintenance **Essential Skills** + Machine operating or assembly experience + Background in manufacturing + Mechanical aptitude + Ability to read and use basic blueprints **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment + Proficiency with assembler and machine operator skills + Ability to use a tape measure confidently **Why Work With Us** + Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, life insurance, short-term disability, PTO/sick time + 401(k) retirement plan with company match + Verizon discounts to support your lifestyle + A workplace that values safety, teamwork, and growth **Work Environment** + Fast-paced manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art equipment + Independent work with occasional collaboration in the fabrication department + Expect to stand or sit for 8 hours at a time, performing repetitive tasks at the same machine **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Robbinsville, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
