This position is available to those who already reside in Nashville TN.
We’re seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking General Manager to lead all day-to-day operations for a multi-format entertainment venue in the heart of Nashville. This isn’t just a music club—it’s a dynamic space for concerts, theatrical stage shows, immersive experiences, private rentals, and branded events. You’ll manage a wide spectrum of operations, from show execution and front-of-house coordination to building renovations and long-term planning. As GM, you’ll be the venue’s operational backbone—responsible for staffing, safety, event execution, building maintenance, licensing, budgeting, and everything in between. You’ll work closely with our programming, touring, and brand teams to ensure that every show or event—whether it’s a rock band, burlesque performance, or corporate takeover—runs at the highest level. Experience in live entertainment is required, and background in hospitality and venue renovations is a major plus. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for someone who thrives on creative energy, operational excellence, and smart problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the venue, including FOH, BOH, hospitality, production, and facilities
Manage all staff scheduling, hiring, training, and team leadership (bar, floor, security, tech crew, maintenance)
Serve as on-site lead for all events—music, stage shows, nightlife, private rentals, and brand activations
Maintain event readiness and execute pre-show/post-show protocols across departments
Ensure top-tier guest experience, safety, and service at all times
Supervise venue calendar coordination with programming, talent, and operations teams
Monitor budgets, labor, inventory, and operational costs to meet financial targets
Maintain compliance with all local and state laws including alcohol service, safety, labor, and licensing
Oversee renovations, venue upgrades, and structural improvements as needed, liaising with contractors and ownership
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts (bar supply, maintenance, janitorial, A/V)
Lead culture and morale within the team; ensure the space reflects the brand’s creative and operational standards
Qualifications:
5+ years of restaurant, bar and club management experience in live entertainment, hospitality, and mixed-use nightlife settings.
Experience managing multi-format programming: concerts, theatrical shows, rentals, private events, nightlife, etc.
Strong operational knowledge across FOH, BOH, hospitality, and technical production.
Familiarity with building systems, renovation processes, and vendor coordination during upgrades.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Understanding of Nashville’s event landscape and regulatory environment a strong plus.
Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and peak event times.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp creative eye and a strategic mindset.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with multiple brands and overlapping launch schedules.
