Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and warehouse operations, is seeking a dedicated and reliable General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be supporting the warehouse and pallet building departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Labor

Location: Henderson, CO

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 1st Shift 7AM - 2:30PM

What's the Job?

• Build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, and lumber
• Repair damaged pallets to return them to service-ready condition
• Operate tools such as nail guns, saws, hammers, wire brushes, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently
• Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment following safety protocols

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate woodworking and pneumatic tools safely
• Attention to detail and quick hands for efficient work
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or GED; experience in carpentry, lumbering, or construction is preferred
