What are we looking for in our Front-End Developer?

Front end engineer

Pays: $85/hr W2 - $90/hr W2 (Depends Upon Experience)

Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Location: San Francisco, CA 94158

• Duration: 6 months to start with, possibility to extend.
• The current max duration is 18 months.

About The Role

We’re looking for experienced front-end engineers to join the Communications Design team and help build new features for a high-traffic, globally recognized website. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to create engaging and scalable user experiences for millions of visitors.

Relocation assistance is available for candidates relocating to San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and other teams to bring creative concepts to life through exceptional front-end development
• Build efficient, reusable, and scalable front-end systems for a web platform serving millions of users daily
• Design and maintain frontend infrastructure to support build, test, and deployment processes

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 4+ years of professional frontend engineering experience (excluding internships) at product-focused or tech-driven companies
• Strong experience building production web applications at scale using TypeScript, Next.js, React, and modern web technologies
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Ability to build complex systems from scratch with minimal existing infrastructure
• Strong communication skills with a passion for learning and knowledge sharing
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities — and able to bring clarity and structure when needed
