About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to join our growing finance team. This role will be pivotal in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process across business units
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
• Analyze variances and trends, and present key findings to senior leadership
• Drive operational efficiency through financial insights and KPI tracking
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and Executive teams to align on business performance
• Oversee month-end close analysis and reporting deliverables
• Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools for enhanced visibility
• Evaluate new opportunities, market trends, and risks through financial modeling and scenario analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consulting
• Strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
