Experienced Medical Assistant Foreign Medical Graduate
Location: Queens, NY Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Compensation: $30/hr to $35/hr
About the Role: We're looking for a Foreign Medical Graduate Medical Assistant who can apply their in-depth medical training to support high-quality patient care. You'll play an active role in clinical assessments, patient preparation, and documentation while helping maintain an efficient front office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escort patients, take vital signs, and gather comprehensive health histories
- Prepare exam rooms and assist providers with exams and procedures
- Administer immunizations and conduct routine lab work
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out
- Keep clinical areas clean and organized
- Communicate provider instructions and ensure patient questions are answered
