JOB DESCRIPTION

The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of our delivery vehicle fleet, including acquisition, maintenance, compliance, and driver coordination. This role is critical to ensure timely deliveries, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a positive and empathetic relationship with our partners, customers, and prospects
• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Research and analyze sales options
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new services
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
• Build and maintain professional networks
• Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
• Attend conferences to learn more technical and professional skills for the job

Qualifications

• 21+ age requirement (for insurance purposes)
• Proven experience in fleet management
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, DOT regulations, and safety standards
• Proficiency in fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Valid driver's license
