Our client is seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Financial Analyst eager to launch or build their career in corporate finance. Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding area.

This role is a hybrid model in Atlanta, Georgia.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making.
• Generate and distribute regular financial and KPI performance reports with variance analysis against plans and forecasts.
• Support the monthly financial close process, including intra-month reporting and performance reviews.
• Create and enhance financial reports tailored to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on financial systems integration and data consolidation initiatives to improve reporting and analysis.

Financial Analyst Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student (Class of 2024 or 2025) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Physics).
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial modeling, with hands-on experience preferred through coursework or internships.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills, with a desire to learn and grow.
• Genuine interest in launching a finance career in a mission-oriented, performance-driven environment.
