We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, a strong interest in talent acquisition, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Candidate Management:
  • Assist recruiters in identifying, attracting, and screening qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, university career fairs).
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and interview statuses.
  • Support the coordination of candidate interviews, including scheduling, communication, and logistical arrangements.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Draft and post job descriptions on company career pages and external job boards.
  • Assist with the preparation of interview materials and new hire paperwork.
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.
  • Employer Branding & Engagement:
  • Contribute to our employer branding efforts by helping to create engaging content for social media and career pages.
  • Participate in and support company recruiting events, such as career fairs and campus visits.
  • Special Projects:
  • Conduct market research on hiring trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus, but not required.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
