The Executive Protection Agent-II provides executive protection and security services for executive leadership, Board members, and other designated personnel. The role focuses on ensuring the safety and well-being of the protectee, including transportation, site security, and emergency response. Duties include driving or accompanying the protectee to/from work sites, events, or engagements, and responding appropriately to health or security incidents. Supervision is provided by the International Security & Executive Services Manager, with guidance from Lead Agents. The role involves domestic and international duties in Baja California, Mexico. Duties and Responsibilities Meet the protectee at designated locations such as residences or workplaces as scheduled. Ensure the safety and security of the protectee at all times. Plan and evaluate secure transportation routes and destination safety. Perform advance preparations for destinations and maintain readiness at events. Conduct vehicle maintenance for assigned fleet in both Baja California and the U.S. Perform site advances at hotels, meeting venues, and events, completing security reports and operational plans as needed. Utilize computer platforms for administrative tasks like reports, expense tracking, and log entries. Travel domestically and internationally with the protectee, including extended periods. Remain available to the protectee until dismissed or instructed otherwise. Complete specialized training in executive protection, defensive driving, self-defense, First Aid/CPR/AED, firearm qualification, and tactical first responder medicine. Attend security briefings and review intelligence reports relevant to the Southern California and Baja California regions. Obtain any required licensing qualifications. Provide courier services for sensitive documents and materials. Perform additional duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Davita Inc.
