Events Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our team and help bring our events to life. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the event planning industry and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
• Conduct research on venues, vendors, and event logistics
• Help manage event registrations and attendee communications
• Coordinate with vendors for catering, audio-visual, and other needs
• Set up and break down event spaces before and after events
• Create and distribute event materials, such as programs and signage

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in event planning or support role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
