:  We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in helping to plan, execute, and evaluate a variety of events that reflect our brand's values and goals. As an Events Assistant, you will collaborate closely with event coordinators and other team members to ensure that all logistical aspects of our events run smoothly. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products required for events.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and equipment rental.
• Create and maintain detailed event timelines and checklists to ensure all preparations are completed on schedule.
• Assist in developing promotional materials and marketing strategies to increase event attendance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning or administration is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and external partners.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools is preferred but not essential.
