Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Title: Events Coordinator Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire Location: Remote JOB DESCRIPTION The Events Coordinator will oversee all aspects of event planning for our immigration consulting firm, ensuring smooth execution of in-person and virtual events. This role involves conference and trade show planning, venue coordination, webinar setup, and corporate event organization, with an emphasis on promoting the company's services and industry presence. The ideal candidate has corporate event planning experience, HR-related exposure, and is comfortable with periodic travel. Key Responsibilities: - Event Planning & Execution: Organize corporate events, industry conferences, and webinars that support the company’s mission. - Venue & Vendor Management: Research, book, and coordinate venues, vendors, and event logistics. - Conference Booth Setup: Manage exhibit booth design, setup, and promotional materials for immigration industry events. - Webinar Coordination: Plan and execute virtual events to engage clients, partners, and industry professionals. - Logistics & Travel: Handle travel, shipments, and setup for in-person engagements. - HR Event Support: Assist with internal HR-related events, such as employee engagement activities or team meetings. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Proven experience in corporate event planning, conference coordination, and vendor management. - Expertise in trade shows, webinar execution, and venue logistics. - Exposure to HR-related events or employee engagement activities. - Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment. - Comfortable with periodic travel for event setup and coordination. - Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
