Growing Lower Bucks County Personal Injury Law Firm seeks an experienced Estate Attorney to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives
- Advise clients on estate, tax, and asset protection strategies
- Handle probate and estate administration matters from start to finish
- Represent clients in Orphans’ Court as needed
- Work collaboratively with clients, financial advisors, and team members to develop customized estate plans
- Stay informed on Pennsylvania estate laws and inheritance laws
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
- 5+ years of experience in estate planning and probate
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, client-focused demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Preferred:
- LL.M. in Taxation and/or experience in Elder Law
- Established client base
