As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and successfully, from corporate functions to social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and resources.
• Help create event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in event set-up and breakdown activities, ensuring all elements are prepared and functional.
• Maintain event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and attendee lists.
• Support promotional efforts for events through social media and marketing materials.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
• A passion for events and a willingness to learn new skills in the industry.
