We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Entry Level Charity Event Manager to join our team and help us enhance our outreach efforts and increase donations through innovative fundraising activities.Responsibilities:

• Fundraising Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute daily fundraising activities to support our charity partners' goals.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to develop new strategies for enhancing fundraising efforts through community events and promotions.
• Community Engagement: Clearly and effectively communicate the mission and values of our charity partners to engage and inspire potential donors.
• Donor Relations: Maintain accurate records of donor information and interactions to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
• Event Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of previous events to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning.
• Volunteer Training: Guide and train volunteers on best practices and procedures to ensure successful fundraising efforts.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of promotional events and marketing campaigns.
