About the role
Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to lead high-impact commercial projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area? We’re recruiting on behalf of a state recognized Electrical contractor known for delivering complex electrical systems across healthcare, education, municipal, and private sector builds.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle electrical projects from pre-construction to closeout
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
• Review electrical drawings, specs, and scope documents
• Ensure compliance with NEC, safety standards, and project timelines
• Oversee procurement of electrical materials and equipment
• Conduct site visits for quality control and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation: budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial electrical projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and construction documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
