Document Scanning Clerk Location: Rosemead, CA Type: Contract Job #82748 An electric utilities client is looking for a Document Scanning Clerk who will scan physical contracts and convert them to digital format, and verify clarity and accuracy of scanned files. Location : Rosemead, CA 91770 - Hybrid Position : Document Scanning Clerk Pay Rate : $31.44/hr. Duration : 12 months or longer Shift: 1 st shift, M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 2 days onsite TBD Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload: Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of documents, including correspondence, contracts, technical documents, manuals, and other official paperwork. Scan physical contracts and convert them to digital format. Verify clarity and accuracy of scanned files. Upload contracts to the EDMRM system, following naming conventions. Ensure data security and handle sensitive documents with discretion. Troubleshoot scanning and uploading issues. Required Skills/Attributes: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in document control or a related administrative role. Experience with document management systems and software tools.
