ROLE OVERVIEW

The Delivery Driver is a 1099 independent contractor responsible for completing three daily delivery runs to six designated residential care sites. Drivers will pick up prepared meals from our central kitchen and deliver them promptly and professionally, following strict food safety and time-sensitive handling protocols.

CONTRACT TYPE

Classification: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: $120.00 per completed delivery day
Engagement Type: Fee-for-service
Payment Schedule: Weekly upon submission of signed delivery log and compliance with contract terms

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete three daily pickups (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) at specified times
• Ensure prompt and accurate deliveries to six assigned locations per route
• Safely transport food in compliance with health and temperature regulations
• Load, secure, and unload food trays or containers during each run
• Confirm receipt of meals at each site with required signature or verification method
• Maintain delivery logs, mileage tracking, and time documentation
• Report any issues or delays to dispatch immediately
• Maintain cleanliness of personal delivery vehicle used for food transport

1. Holbrock Estates at 809 N Rose Street, LLC
2. Holbrock Estates at 1638 Ruxton Avenue, LLC
3. Holbrock Estates at 3021 Garrison Boulevard, LLC
4. Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 1116 E 20th Street, LLC
5. Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 1114 E 20th Street, LLC
6. Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 1723 Gwynns Falls Parkway, LLC

Delivery Times (Daily):

• 7:00 AM - Breakfast
• 12:00 PM - Lunch
• 5:00 PM - Dinner

Each shift includes all six delivery locations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Dependable, insured vehicle with appropriate capacity for meal transport
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Reliable smartphone with GPS and communications capability
• Strong attention to punctuality, detail, and food safety
• Experience in route delivery, catering, or meal service preferred
