International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Data Science Intern for the Fall 2025 Internship class to support the Global Measurement Team. The intern will help identify opportunities where data can drive greater impact, support developing software processes for automating data cleanup in research datasets, execute data trainings, workshops, and brainstorm sessions, work with data from multiple internal and external sources, conduct surveys on AI-use, and participate in departmental and general IJM administrative support. The position can be fully in-person or hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates. It requires 30-40 hours per week from Sept. 15 – Dec. 12, 2025. Qualifications include being a bachelor’s degree student with at least two years completed, experience in community engagement, project management, administrative support, and CRM experience is a plus. The role requires a mature orthodox Christian faith and various personal qualities such as humility, resilience, cultural awareness, and professionalism.
