Job Description
Customer Service position would entail learning how to answer emails and phone calls regarding all aspects of orders for eBay, Amazon, and our website. Returns/Exchanges, warranty claims, shipping questions, lost packages and all other processes related to it will also be needed. We would prefer experience in all of these areas but it isn't completely necessary as long as you are trainable and can learn. Being organized and detailed with good social skills is required.
