Location: Dearborn, MI
Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent | CRNA – Anesthesia

Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified CRNA to join an established Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is a permanent position offering excellent stability, competitive compensation, and a supportive team environment.

Practice Highlights

• Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center role

• Varied day shifts only

• No call, no weekends

• Average patient load: varies by day

• Work settings may include OR, Radiology, ICU, and ER

• EMR: EPIC

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) – REQUIRED

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program

• Active Michigan Nursing and Specialty License (must be in-hand)

• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain)

• At least 2 years CRNA experience (excluding RN or training)

• DEA and CSR/CDS (must be obtained before start – no exemptions)

• Clean malpractice/license history

• COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain)

• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates

• Not accepting new graduates, 1099, or locum candidates

Schedule & Coverage

• Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing may take up to 90 days)

• Varied day shifts, Monday–Friday

• No weekend or on-call coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 238,368 annually (114.60/hr)

• Starting Bonus: 20,000
