We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager with a strong agency background to oversee and drive the creative process for a cutting-edge retail brand specializing in accessories and elevated lifestyle products. This role will manage projects from concept to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams including design, marketing, content, and external agencies to ensure creative excellence, on-time execution, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at balancing multiple initiatives, and brings a keen eye for detail and innovation to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of creative projects across digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, merchandising, and external partners to ensure alignment with brand vision and business goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining quality and creative integrity.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, provide status updates, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
• Drive continuous improvement in creative workflows, processes, and standards.
