Position: Manufacturing Recruiter

Location: Hutchinson, Kansas (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs, dynamics, and the skills/experiences required for success.
• Act as a brand ambassador for client to promote a strong employer-of-choice image.
• Develop recruiting strategies based on knowledge of the competitive talent landscape.
• Leverage multiple sourcing tools to attract highly skilled, diverse candidates.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, relationship management, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to align hiring efforts with organizational talent needs.
• Drive an efficient hiring process and maintain quality pipeline metrics using the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct sourcing of candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior agency recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Experience developing targeted sourcing strategies for niche roles, particularly in manufacturing and challenging talent markets across North America.
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills, integrity, and follow-through.
• Ability to connect the big picture ( "dot-connector ") and drive processes to achieve desired outcomes.
