What You’ll Do:
- Provide an excellent customer experience that is personal and forms effective partnerships with management, candidates, peers, and vendors.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.
- Perform full-cycle recruiting to support staffing at all levels of operations, from entry-level roles to technical, skilled trades, and professional.
- Develop job ads and marketing materials to promote open positions.
- Identify, engage, attract, and hire talent from various institutions like high schools, technical colleges, universities, military installations, and local communities.
- Accountable for sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, pre-employment screenings, and extending and negotiating offers.
- Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
- Use sourcing techniques to find, engage, and activate diverse, passive candidates to build robust candidate pipelines.
- Design targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and Instagram tools.
- Write SEO-optimized, inclusive job postings that drive visibility and candidate engagement.
- Represent the company at career fairs, college events, and community outreach activities.
- Stay current on employment law, compliance, and recruiting technology.
- Travel up to 20% to support recruitment events and onsite hiring efforts.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years full-cycle recruitment experience; will consider the experience in place of education.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- 2 + years of experience with sourcing to build robust and diverse talent pipelines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple openings.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the year to attend hiring events.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System like Workday, iCIMS, Zoho, Bullhorn, etc.
- Campus and military recruiting experience preferred.
- Ability to influence others within a matrix environment while building effective business partnerships.
- Possess current knowledge of relevant employment laws and practices, especially recruitment and hiring regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
