Our client, a leader in the industrial automation sector, is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Control Systems Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various refinery projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Control Systems Engineer Honeywell DCS

Location: Concord, CA

Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000

What's the Job?

• Design and implement control systems and strategies to enhance industrial process performance and reliability.
• Lead field discovery and investigation efforts for project scoping and engineering.
• Develop logic diagrams, cause & effect matrices, and functional narratives.
• Create and review control panel design packages and associated deliverables.
• Collaborate with process engineers and project managers to develop engineering solutions.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience as a Control Systems Engineer, with a strong focus on Honeywell DCS.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting control systems in industrial settings.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in control system programming languages such as ladder logic and Function Block Diagrams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex control system issues.
