We are an Online sales company located in Ontario, CA by the name of ZJW.INC. We sell computers and parts online on eBay and online. We are expanding our team and we're looking for a sharp and professional customer service rep. We are looking for someone who is into customer service and passionate. The selected candidate will grow with the company and will have vast opportunities for advancement. This is a full-time position starting at $22/hr depending on experience. We do require past professional e-commerce experiences, basic computer skills, andstrong verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for a full-time employee, whose main duties will be:
- Answer buyer messages on Ebay system
- Mainly help the customer/buyers with all questions in order to satisfy them
- Call buyers to inform about the product details, shipping cost, etc as needed
- Deal with returned orders
- Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager as needed
