The CNA at Providence PACE supports medical staff by assisting elderly participants with daily activities, mobility, and preparation for medical exams to enhance patient satisfaction and retention. This role requires Washington Nursing Assistant Certification, BLS certification, and experience working with frail, cognitively impaired older adults. Description
Under the direction of the Nursing Services Manager, provides support services for the medical staff in the Clinic. Provides care in support of Participant satisfaction and retention. Assists Participants in such activities as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, getting to and from restroom, toileting, changing incontinence products, and clothing. Responsible for preparing Participants for medical exam by Clinic MD and RNs.
