Key responsibilities for the CEO include providing inspirational leadership, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity, and representing the organization as a credible voice for adult literacy. The successful candidate will also be tasked with team leadership, mentoring staff, and ensuring the organization has the appropriate operational capacity to support strategic growth. Community engagement and partnership development are essential, as is financial and operational management, including budgeting, compliance, and risk management. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, particularly the President, and will be expected to be actively involved in the day-to-day activities of the organization.
