What You'll Own Strategic Leadership Build and lead a smart, scalable data strategy aligned with Anime Universe’s goals Champion a data-driven culture across the organization Governance & Quality Ensure data is clean, secure, and compliant with the latest standards Set up strong data policies and governance frameworks Lead and level up a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers Promote continuous learning and innovation within the team Cross-Functional Collaboration Translate business needs into actionable, data-driven solutions Communicate clearly with stakeholders—tech-savvy or not Use AI and advanced analytics to find trends and unlock new opportunities Stay ahead of the curve with the latest in data science and tech What You Bring to the Table You’ve spent over a decade leading data initiatives that drive growth, shape user experiences, and power business decisions. You turn insight into impact—fast. Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of analytics, machine learning, and data governance. You design systems that are not just smart, but scalable and secure. You build and lead high-performing teams that collaborate, innovate, and deliver. People-first, results-always. Global Perspective : You’ve run data programs across international markets, navigating cultural nuances and global dynamics with ease. Seasoned Perspective : Minimum of 10 years in data management roles, with a proven track record in leading data-driven initiatives.
