Reporting to the Board and CEO, the CFO will be the first Boynebacked finance hire and a key strategic partner , responsible for building out the accounting and finance organization and aligning financial infrastructure with longterm growth objectives. This handson role offers the chance to implement robust management reporting, define KPIs including marginlevel detail by SKU, and oversee all aspects of monthly close, cash flow forecasting, and lender reporting. The CFO will also help shape the broader management team, participate in strategic initiatives, and work directly with Boyne to drive value creation and growth.
