Vaco Finance is seeking a CFO with heavy Lending and Credit Experience . The CFO will oversee the Credit and Lending activity for their small sized department. Also, the CFO will manage a small team which performs Banking Activity and Month End Close Processing. Their corporate office is located in Morris County, NJ. Please apply within.

CFO (small dept)
Location: near Boonton, NJ (In-Office)
Salary: approx. $150-165k

Responsibilities:

• Manage Credit & Collection staff
• Manage Lending and Banking activity
• Manage and Prepare Financial Statement Analysis
• Manage Month end accounting close
• Approve Journal Entries
• Manage Bank Reconciliations

Skills Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• At least 7-8 yrs. of Credit / Accounting experience
• Advanced Excel experience (pivot + vlookups)
• Small Team Management Experience

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
