Paragon Home Care is a family-owned business located in McLean. We are seeking to enhance our outreach to the Loudoun County area.

In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include: 

• Assisting with hygiene needs
  
• Personal care and dressing
  
• Light housekeeping
  
• Provide companionship and conversation
  
• Medication reminders
  
• Prepare meals and snacks
  

Requirements

• Authorized to Work in the U.S.
  
• Have reliable transportation
  
• Physical Ability to complete the demands of the job
  
• Current TB or Chest X-ray
  
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding
