The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling financial, securities, or other complex civil litigation, including drafting pleadings and managing discovery. Key Qualifications

• 24 years of relevant litigation experience
• Background at a mid-size or large law firm preferred
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience in financial, securities, or complex commercial litigation
• Massachusetts Bar admission required
• Clerkship (federal or appellate) is a plus
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
• Conduct legal research and assist with litigation strategy
• Handle discovery and deposition preparation
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on case management
