What You Will Do

Prospect with precision and purpose

Identify and qualify the right construction and infrastructure accounts using ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, events, and your own initiative. Prioritize accounts where AI can meaningfully eliminate risk and deliver real-time verification.

Create demand through education and empathy

Introduce prospects to the mission — how automated AI verification transforms progress tracking, quality control, risk mitigation, and decision-making.

Generate high-quality meetings and opportunities

Uncover pain points, map buying committees, and build strong, well-qualified pipelines that accelerate adoption of AI Clearing’s platform.

Operate with accuracy and discipline

Use CRM and sales tools daily with clean, detailed, reliable data — reflecting our core value of accuracy and integrity.

Collaborate to elevate

Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, personalize outreach, share field intelligence, and amplify customer-centric storytelling.

Represent the vision

Attend site visits, demos, and industry events to build credibility, deepen relationships, and showcase how agentic AI is redefining construction.

Work with grit, curiosity, and ownership

Bring energy, resilience, and a bold “why not?” mindset to every day. Success in this role comes from persistence, hard work, creativity, and accountability.

What Success Looks Like

  • 50+ outbound touches per day
  • 8–12 qualified meetings per week for Account Executives
  • A healthy pipeline of net-new accounts (GCs, EPCs, developers, infrastructure owners)
  • Persistent follow-up and follow-through
  • Clean, precise CRM hygiene that reflects our value of integrity
  • Increasing fluency in AI, automation, construction workflows, and drone operations
  • Recognition as a top BDR based on performance, attitude, and alignment to our mission and values

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of BDR/SDR/inside-sales experience (SaaS or construction tech preferred), OR interest in transitioning from construction into tech sales.
  • Background in Solar, Civil, or Oil & Gas world is an advantage
  • Strong work ethic and comfort in a metrics-driven, high-output environment.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and digital.
  • Understanding of construction, surveying, or drone operations is a plus.
  • FAA Part 107 certification is an advantage.
  • A resilient, curious, high-ownership mindset — unafraid to pick up the phone and put in the reps.
